Can I get an over the phone estimate or do you have to come to my home?

We offer in home, over the phone and written estimates. All estimates are free and hold no obligation. In order to give you an accurate house cleaning estimate over the phone, we will need to know what type of service and how many square feet we will be cleaning. You can request an estimate for home or commercial cleaning by calling us at 913-203-0846.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. We offer flexible one-time services, periodic cleanings and/or regular, ongoing maintenance services. The choice is yours!

Is there anything I need to do before house cleaners show up at my house?

We ask that personal belongings are picked up before we arrive, as this speeds along the cleaning process. It also ensures that your personal belongings aren’t moved somewhere you might lose them.

How often should I use house cleaning services?

Most home owners choose to have their house professionally cleaned weekly, biweekly, or monthly. How often is best for you depends on many factors, such as how busy you are, how many people live in your home, and whether you have children or pets.

Do I have to be home when you are cleaning?

No, as long as you have a way to let us in when you are not home there is no reason for you to have to be there. However, if it makes you feel more comfortable we welcome you to stay and watch what we do. All of our house cleaning employees are trustworthy and friendly, they do have a schedule though so make sure to give them enough space to get their work done.

Do I have to provide the cleaning supplies?

No. We will be bringing own cleaning supplies. However, if you prefer we use special products used in your home for any reason, you are welcome to provide that, alongside directions on proper usage.

How do I pay for my cleaning services?

You can either pay with a check, Mastercard/Visa, or online. You can leave the check on your kitchen table for our cleaning crew to pick up. We also take credit cards, we will take your card number and then charge the amount after the service is finished. We also have an option to make your payment online.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Your business is important to us and we want to make sure you are happy and completely satisfied. If the quality of work we have performed, is not satisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make arrangements to rectify the situation. If you believe we did an outstanding job please leave us a Google or Facebook review so others can see what our service has to offer. We love to read customer reviews!

How do I reschedule?

We require 24 hours notice for reschedule or cancellations. There will be a $50 charge for no notice cancellations and lockouts. If you are sick and it’s your cleaning day, please call us by 8:00 am. We will do our best to reschedule your cleaning that same week. Thank you!

Is laundry included in house cleaning services?

No. Laundry is not included in house cleaning services.
